⛏ What is AntiXray?

AntiXray stops X-ray texture packs, freecam and ESP mods without placing fake ores in your world. Chunks are rewritten with PacketEvents before they reach the player. Valuable blocks turn into plain stone, deepslate, netherrack or end stone, and they only show up when the player can actually see them.

Ores exposed in caves are checked with real line of sight. If a wall stands between the player and the block, it stays hidden. Once the player walks away, it is hidden again. Players, mobs and minecarts behind walls are handled the same way: they are simply never sent to the client.

✦ Hidden by Default

• Ores: Coal, iron, copper, gold, redstone, lapis, diamond and emerald, including deepslate variants, nether gold, nether quartz and ancient debris.
• Ore blocks: Raw iron, raw copper and raw gold blocks, plus iron, gold, diamond, emerald, lapis, redstone and netherite blocks.
• Dungeons and trial chambers: Spawners, trial spawners, vaults and mossy cobblestone.
• Loot and mineshafts: Chests, trapped chests, rails and cobwebs.
• Infested blocks: Shown as their normal block, keeping silverfish traps a surprise.
• Entities: Players, mobs and minecarts behind walls.

Use BLOCK=REPLACEMENT to choose what a hidden block looks like, and proximity-distance to set how far away an exposed block can be revealed, up to 64 blocks.

⌨ Commands & Permissions

• /antixray - Help and version.
• /antixray status - Processed chunks, hidden blocks and hidden entities.
• /antixray reload - Reloads config.yml.

All commands require antixray.admin (default: op).

⬇ Installation

1. Install PacketEvents in the plugins/ folder.
2. Put AntiXray.jar in the plugins/ folder and start the server.
3. Add your world names to config.yml and run /antixray reload.
